Who Are THE WPML EXPERTS?

Making WordPress Multilingual Accessible

We are Boris Hoekmeijer & Pieter Bos, two globetrotters, and independent, highly experienced WordPress website designers/builders. We have been working with WPML for over 15 years, and come highly recommended by the WPML organization for everything regarding WPML, as you can see here. We have been on the WPML contractors’ page for as long as it has existed.

Some time ago, WPML decided to close its contractor system. WPML provides support itself, but waiting times can be long. And if you need something more outside-the-box, they cannot support you anymore.

That is why we have decided to join forces. We can always rely on each other for another opinion or help if the project is large and the hurry great. You can contact either or both of us. Up to you.

With some of the other agencies that can help you with WordPress or WPML, you contact them and they contact their contractors. That means extra cost for you, and indirect communication.

What does it cost?

That depends completely on the situation. That’s why we work this way:

how do we work?

1. The acquaintance

First, we need you to explain to us which issues you are facing. This can be done via email, but preferably via an online meeting, so we can meet face to face. That always works better!

2. The assessment

We need to get to know your website. So we make an inventory of how the website was set up, which plugins it contains, which theme is used, and any page builders.

3. The estimate

We provide you with an estimate of the time required to fix things.

4. The operation

If the estimate is approved, we will start the actual work. We keep you informed about progress and any unexpected situations we may encounter.

5. The aftermath

If required we provide you with the documentation of what was done, and explain how to go about future WPML management. And / or provide a manual for your content managers on how to work with WPML.
